Speech and feeding delays can be stressful for both you and your child. We can help.

Supporting your baby’s feeding and communication should feel calm and personal. We provide in-home speech and feeding therapy for infants and young children, partnering with families to address feeding challenges and early communication delays—always meeting your child where they are.

Services Offered

FEEDING THERAPY:

A feeding evaluation may be helpful if your child:

  • Has difficulty latching to either breast or bottle

  • Coughs, gags, chokes, or seems distressed during meals

  • Takes longer than 30 minutes to eat

  • Refuses textures or has a very limited diet; difficulty transitioning to solids

  • Shows poor weight gain or growth concerns

  • Frequently arches, cries, or turns away during feeding

  • Has recurrent congestion or respiratory issues related to feeding

  • Demonstrates oral aversion to bottles, spoons, or foods

Early feeding support can help improve safety, comfort, and mealtime success!

SPEECH THERAPY:

Consider a speech-language evaluation if your child:

  • Is not babbling or using sounds by 9 months

  • Does not say words like “mama” or “dada” by 12 months

  • Uses fewer than 20 words by 18 months

  • Is not combining two words (e.g., “more milk”) by 24 months

  • Has difficulty understanding simple directions (e.g., “give me the ball”)

  • Rarely points, gestures, or attempts to communicate

  • Has limited eye contact or joint attention

  • Shows regression or loss of previously used words or skills

  • Becomes frustrated due to difficulty expressing needs

Early support can make a big difference—if you’re unsure, an evaluation can provide clarity and guidance.
